The DeWitt law firm has hired two associate lawyers in its Green Bay and Minneapolis offices.
Maxwell Krenke will support DeWitt’s business, banking and real estate practice areas in the Green Bay office. He received his law degree from Marquette University Law School and his BA from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. While studying at the Faculty of Law at Marquette University, he served as a Clerk in the Office of the General Counsel at Marquette University, volunteered with the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic and led the academic success of the university. He was also interned at the Milwaukee County Courthouse as a claims mediator.
Mitchell Sullivan’s practice will focus on business, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate at DeWitt’s Minneapolis office. Its clients include companies in the construction, medical, manufacturing, technology, insurance, foodservice and professional services industries. He has been involved in transactions ranging from $ 100 million to $ 150 million in mergers and acquisitions. Sullivan received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and his BA from Concordia College.
DeWitt employs more than 130 attorneys in Green Bay, Madison, Metropolitan Milwaukee and Minneapolis.
