Peraton Announces Senior Human Resources, Information Technology and Purchasing Appointments

John reing, Human Resources Director
John reing was appointed Director of Human Resources (HRD). In partnership with industry and corporate leadership, Reing will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s integrated human resources strategy, including talent acquisition and management, total compensation, leadership development and employee relations.

Most recently, Reing was a partner in PwC’s Organizational and Workforce Transformation practice, where he advised the company’s global clients on a wide range of human resources and talent topics in order to maximize value creation.

Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of CSRA (now part of GDIT), a global information technology provider with more than 20,000 employees supporting critical client missions in the areas of defense, intelligence, internal security, mission support, civilian information technology and health markets.

Reing held senior HR, compensation and advisory roles at SRA, BAE Systems, PricewaterhouseCoopers and The Hay Group earlier in his career.

He obtained his bachelor’s degree in commerce, human resources and finance from DeSales University and participated in executive leadership programs at Oxford University Said Business School and University of Pennsylvania Wharton Business School.

Rebecca McHale, chief information officer
Rebecca McHale was appointed Chief Information Officer (CIO). Lori Ellis, sales director
Lori Ellis was appointed Director of Purchasing (CPO). In this role, she will serve as a strategic partner for Peraton’s business lines and will have executive responsibilities for all aspects of the purchasing organization, including sourcing to pay, strategic sourcing and supplier management. . Ellis will also serve as an executive sponsor of the company’s veteran employee resource group.

Most recently, she held the same position within the Heritage Peraton organization. There, she was responsible for leading efforts to improve supply chain efficiency, establishing strong and transparent metrics in support of customer requirements and sourcing best practices, and negotiating with success of many major strategic and corporate service agreements.

Prior to joining Peraton, she served as Vice President of Purchasing for SAIC, where she led the company’s efforts to achieve its financial and growth goals by maximizing the value received from suppliers and partners.

She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Operations Management from Auburn University.
